Globe Master Marine Agency Inc., is a Maritime Recruitment Agency established in 2002 and duly registered with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration.
We supply officers and ratings to a very modern fleet of panamax and post-panamax bulk carriers, self-discharging bulk carriers and Capesize Bulk Carriers of Brazilian Principal.
Most of our vessels are covered with ITF agreements.
We endeavor to establish a long term relation with our crew for our expanding fleet.
Our principals have a generous training budget and a career development plan so that we can maximize the income of our crew through promotions after in-house, external and on board training that is sponsored by the company.
We further have an escalating seniority bonus scheme, returnees bonus and private medical insurance.
Our allotments are paid before the end of the month in US$ or at the actual bank rate. Crew can send unlimited Special Allotments free of charge and Final Wages are settled in max. 3 days.
