PROFILE
CAPITAL SHIPMANNING PHILS., INC. is a manning agency duly registered with the
Securities and Exchange Commission ( SEC) as incorporated on 2nd July 2008 and licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) on 29th January 2009.
The company was established to undertake a comprehensive ship handling, management and manning of different types of ocean-going vessels to ship owners and ship managers. It is committed to maintain a good name in the industry, a reputation known for providing efficient, reliable, competent and properly trained personnel to its principals who operate world-wide. In providing these services, CSPI is ever mindful of the standards of the International Maritime Organization, as set out in its various resolutions, and maintains at the forefront of progress in matters of the administration of seafarers provided to Principals.
The officers of the organization are composed of a successful team of merchant marine management level officers who are well versed in the different aspects of maritime industry, having wide experience in the field of manning and other maritime services. The expertise of the organizers is the key to CSPI’s becoming one of the prestigious manning agency in the Philippines.
The organization started its operations a year ago with two (2) new buildings oil /chemical tankers. After only a year of operations, the number of vessels has already reached sixteen (16) and with about ten (10) new building tankers and bulk carriers scheduled for delivery within the year. The company is manned by competent, dedicated and hardworking staff whose experience in their respective area of responsibility could not be underscored.
CAPITAL SHIPMANNING PHILS., INC. is geared to be competitive with the world’s best in its established field of business by adopting a system that is effective, with quality improvement for more efficient delivery of service, having been certified by Lloyds Register of Quality Assurance ( LRQA) under ISO 9001:2008 standards.
In view of the organization’s commitment, the management and staff as well as its crew are hereby enjoined to ensure the quality systems and procedures of the organization as established and implemented in the organization.
