CREAM Ship Management Inc. was organized by men who shared the same wisdom, mission and vision that is, to supply their clients with Filipino Seafarers whose qualities meet and satisfy their requirements.
In order to achieve these needs CSMI screen and recruit those seafarers whose qualities satisfy the Companys acronym, C-R-E-A-M.
CSMI was granted to operate as a MANNING AGENCY under POEA of the Deapartment of Labor and Employment on August 07. 1987.
Today, after a decade of patience, hard work, determination, and dedication, the Company had significantly increased its manpower pool of marine personnel deployed overseas for their accredited shipping principals into more than 300 highly qualified, experienced, and competent Filipino seafarers manning ocean-going vessels of different gross tonnage worldwide.
